Jon Ibanez
Executive Director
Jon has been a License Practical Nurse for 14 years and he has worked in Skilled an Assisted Living model. He graduated from Warner Pacific University and has been a Resident Care Administrator since 2016 starting with being a Memory Care Director.
He loves the senior living industry and hopes to continue his professional and personal growth at Sunnyside Meadows.
At home, Jon, is a husband to Rhoda and a father of three: JR, Rhianna, and Matthew. He loves to play and basketball. Go Blazers! When go on vacations especially to warm weather places.
Jessica Hohman
Business Office Director
Jessica has been working in the Assisted Living/Memory Care setting for over 24 years. Jessica started as a Caregiver at the age of 18 and worked her way through positions until fulfilling her goal of being in upper Management.
Jessica has a personal connection with Memory Care and values the relationships she gets the opportunity to establish with Residents as well as Resident family members.
Outside of working at Sunnyside Meadows, Jessica is married to her high school sweetheart Chris and together they have a son, Alex. The beach is Jessica’s happy place and is a very special place for her and her family.
She also enjoys spending time with her very large family.
Trisha Summers
Dining Services Director
Trisha has been working in the Memory Care setting for 12 years. She started as a
Pastry Cook, then transitioned into a Prep Cook, followed by a Cook and now a Dining Services Director.
Trisha’s favorite part of her job is working with the older generations and ensuring that Residents have a great food experience.
Trisha has four sons at home, as well as lots of animals. In her free time, Trisha enjoys going to the beach and beading. Trisha also loves entertaining and making others laugh.
Gena Leland
Activity Director
Gena has worked at Sunnyside Meadows for over 4 years and takes pride in being
responsible for creating the Activity Program here at Sunnyside Meadows.
Gena has also worked in the industry for about 11 years. Gena’s favorite part of being an Activity Director is being able to bring joy and happiness to her Residents daily.
Gena has 5 children and 6 grandchildren that keep her busy outside of working. Gena enjoys sewing and doing crafts in her personal time.
Torry Alexander
Maintenance Director
Torry Alexander brings nearly a decade of maintenance expertise to the team.
Beginning his journey in 2015 as a groundskeeper for multi-family housing, Torry
discovered his passion for hands-on work.
Transitioning to memory care in his current role, he thrives on completing tasks efficiently and being the reliable go-to person. With a commitment to excellence, Torry is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Andrea Conroy
Reception
Andrea has worked at Sunnyside Meadows for a year and a half and is our full-time
Receptionist. Andrea’s favorite part of working at Sunnyside Meadows is seeing the
Residents and interacting with families.
When not at work, Andrea enjoys traveling, shopping and going to the movies.
Chandler Leland
Reception
Chandler is a part-time receptionist at Sunnyside Meadows. She has worked in this
industry for 10 years, with a small break to stay home and start a family.
Chandler married her high school sweetheart and is also a new Mom to two boys. Chandler enjoys connecting with visitors and Residents during her time at Sunnyside Meadows.
